Studio features described here apply to MINTED 3.2 and later.

THE SERVICE

MINTED AI is an app that uses artificial intelligence to generate stylized photos of you based on images you upload. It's for entertainment and personal use.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Upload photos of yourself to generate AI images
• Save generated images to your device
• Use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Post your generated images on social media, dating apps, etc.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

• No uploading photos of other people without their consent
• No generating illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• No impersonating others for fraud or deception
• No using generated images commercially without permission
• No reverse engineering our AI or systems
• No automated/bulk usage of the service

YOUR CONTENT

You own your photos. You own the images we generate for you. We don't claim any rights to your content.

By uploading photos, you confirm:

• You have the right to use those photos
• The photos are of you (or you have consent)
• Your uploads don't violate anyone else's rights

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

About your generated images:

• Generated images are created by AI and may not be perfect
• Results vary — we can't guarantee specific outcomes
• AI can sometimes produce unexpected results
• Generated images should not be represented as real photographs

STUDIO PHOTO CREDITS

• Studio 20 and Studio 35 are one-time consumable purchases granting 20 or 35 Studio photo credits. Your first Studio purchase includes initial face training.
• One Studio credit pays for one delivered Studio photo. A shoot may contain 1, 2, or 4 photos. Credits reserved for undelivered photos are returned automatically.
• Studio credits do not expire. Purchases do not renew automatically. The localized price shown by Apple before you confirm is the price you pay.
• Your Studio and Classic balances are separate. Previously purchased Classic credits retain their balance for Classic generation; they are not converted into Studio credits.
• Existing Weekly subscribers retain 25 Classic credits per paid weekly period; existing yearly subscribers retain 624 Classic credits per paid annual period. Previously used credits count against that period's allowance. Subscription credits do not roll into a later period, and restoring purchases does not refill an allowance. Apple determines the billing dates. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account. Studio does not create a new subscription.
• Apple processes App Store payments. Contact Apple about purchase refunds and MINTED support about missing credits or unsuccessful face training. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

FACE TRAINING

Studio requires seven original photos of you, confirmation that you are at least 18, and permission for the processing described in our privacy policy. Automatic photo suggestions still require your review. Training and generation times vary.

Initial face training is included once. Later credit purchases reuse your trained likeness. If training fails or you delete your likeness and later want to train again, contact support before purchasing more credits for that purpose. Deleting your trained likeness leaves your credits and saved photos intact. Full account deletion is a separate option in Settings & support and on the Photo credits screen. It removes your MINTED account, photo data and unused purchased credits. Full account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or request a refund; manage subscriptions and refund requests with Apple. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

WE CAN TERMINATE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Upload inappropriate content
• Engage in fraud

DISCLAIMERS

The following limits apply to the extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is"
• We don't guarantee the app will always work perfectly
• AI results are not guaranteed to meet your expectations
• We're not responsible for how you use the generated images
• We're not liable for any damages from using the service

INDEMNIFICATION

You are responsible for your use of the service and for content you upload or share, subject to applicable law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We might update these terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance. We'll update the date at the top when we make changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts.
